St. James Park

From Westminster, while nursing our aching feet from a whole day of wandering, we walked our way to St. James Park, the oldest Royal Park located in Central London. It's already 5:20pm in our clock and our day is about to end.  The atmosphere at the park definitely soothed our tiredness. :-)

The Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Walk is a 7-mile long circular walking trail
in London that was dedicated in memory of the late Princess Diana.
It goes between Kensington Gardens, Green Park, Hyde Park and St. James Park
in a figure-eight pattern, passing five sites that are associated with her life:
Kensington Palace, Spencer House, St. James Palace and Clarence House.

These are just two among the ninety individual ground marks we have passed by.

St. James Park has a small lake with two islands,
the West Island and Duck Island, named after its famous collection of waterfowls.

Quick rest for A&R.

Squirrels!
